Would love any leads to help me solve this problem even if it means making some phone calls.

This often leads to confusion because the term "trade or business" is mentioned, leading some to mistakenly believe that the entire business can be exchanged.

The victims are a family in Texas that loaned him their life savings.Any leads on his financial assets would be appreciated and greatly help this family. 

Unless someone can prove otherwise, I’m fairly certain I was just scammed out of $3,400 by a supposed “Lead Provider.”
