I did 3 years of mechanical/nuclear engineering then switched to business/entrepreneurship.  

So I'd play nice until I have the property tied up in contract, and then go nuclear. 

Sure prices go down along the coast, but if for some reason I am forced to hold onto this collateral for the rest of my life, I will feel comfortable doing so (of course barring any major disasters like a Tsunami or nuclear explosion).Second, there is capital appreciation.

If I am not mistaken, they have the largest nuclear research site in the country and some other, larger companies are looking to relocate into the area. 

@Hanan Kim  A lesson I learned over the years is to collect all of the facts before going nuclear. 

It stinks, but in Chicago you just don't have many management options that aren't the nuclear option of eviction.

Asbestos, Lead paint, nuclear, etc are not usually covered. 

I had to get an apprenticeship with GE as a nuclear reactor technician to ever make decent money.Just my jaded 2 cents.
