Was there a date by which the inspection had to be done by (normally within 2 weeks)? 

There was so much promised in that webinar, including a better price and much more than one would normally get for that price, but each time I try to do what they were showing that was so cool (and it DOES have cool capabilities) - it's an add-on.  

Normally I would say absolutely, looking at the above chart.

A traditional bank will normally not fund a flip. 

Normally it's single family or multi-family that's the easiest place to begin.

On these we are targeting g loans even we wouldn’t normally consider; EXCEPT for the fact that we are receiving so much collateral that we end up at 35% LTV or less.  

And another part of the town considers it to be residential, so it's exempt from most building codes and inspections that would normally apply to hotels. 

What is the best way to figure the income on an STR that is not normal for the area? 

Your market is expensive, I wouldn't look for normal working class people as your target customers.
