Even if you break even, you will lose money every month it sits vacant, when you need repairs, property management, etc.

Both homes are now rented on two-year leases at $2,175/month.

Scheduling is the hardest part of construction , good subcontractors are not sitting home waiting for the phone to ring , they are scheduled out weeks if not months ahead of time .

Months later, Tenant is now claiming close to 10K.

To strengthen my case I'm suppose to refuse rent for the months I'm evicting.

But to buy land just to add more units, for me is a pass.
