Putting it all together: If I were starting over and looking for a house-hack in Denver, CO today, I'd be looking for a 4 bed / 3 bath property in the $500K - $600K range in an up and coming area (like Aurora near the medical campus).

I know I will need one for the actual storage facility. - but when it comes to purchasing the land, I am not sure what the best route would be.

I am primarily hosting traveling medical personnel because there is a lot of demand for these professionals in our area and because my units are suited to their needs.

We also have a big demand for traveling medical professionals, etc.
