This year has been harder than previous ones to fill units quickly and rents have been declining in many markets. 

The thing I did not do was ENTER THE MARKET, and am now filled with regret.  

I have searched and filled out endless online forms only to have lenders offer me unsecured loans or other products, but not a heloc.  

I filled my own taxes for multiple years for multiple LLCs in multiple states.

Blood gets thick and the worst part is 10 years later there are new voices in their ears, telling them all kind of crap and filling it with all kinds of ideas. 

The rest of the numbers the investor needs to “fill in” themselves based on a thorough due diligence.  

Maybe the P trap under the sink is not filling with water correctly and allowing sewer gas to come back in.  

I don't know the specifics of your state, but in Mississippi, my property manager has filled for garnishment for the amount of rent that is owed.
