I would interview a lot of brokerages and find one that works.

I am currently interviewing property managers as I am looking to leave them ASAP.

I suggest interviewing teams of realtors, contractors, lenders, and property managers in each market.

Those that self manage usually:1 - Interview vendors and trades - i.e. cleaners, handymen. 

Most brokerages I interviewed and know of don't even take on part-time agents because it is such a liability if you are not educated on the ever-changing laws and forms and you do something wrong within a transaction.
