If you are virtually wholesaling, meaning wholesaling in an area that isn’t near where you live or in another state, then you have two options to get pictures: One, the seller takes them and sends them to you.

We hired an appraisal company to do an appraisal knowing we were under the gun because now the seller is threatening to sue me and keep my earnest money.

Is it as simple as getting the site designed and engineered for the footprint, cleared and graded (all of which I am comfortable with), and then hiring a GC to build the building?

BTW my market in the last dozen years has only has a single year with as poor appreciation as 4% which implies the reality is that virtually every in the last dozen years you would far exceed that projection.
