@George Gao This may actually be very reasonable of them depending on what your mortgage agreement states in regards to change of ownership (i.e. you may have put yourself in technical default, and they are giving you a fairly cheap fix to resolve it).

After the GAO analyzed the administrations annual plan they estimated a -124% deficit in 10 years, it is the uncertainty in the market, reduction in the tax base, expansion of the infrastructure and trade modifications that can stir the pot quickly.
