Hello everyone, im new to this site but anxious to learn more from the community. my interests leans towards buy and hold. im currently seeking multifamily units. funding will be a challenge but not impossible. i want to avoid selling my current rental properties to get to additional funding provided i do not qualify for equity line of credit. what banks out there would you recommend for equity line of credit? all suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
