My intent is to get it 90%+ occupied, repaint building 1, improve parking lot, touch up facade of buildings for a fresher/modern look, and possibly upgrade each apartment unit during vacancies.

I'm picturing those finished front building facades with nothing behind them but 2x4s to hold them up like you see at the movie studios :)

We then covered the outside with a piece of slate to compliment the facade.

What's the façade of the house? 

I must replace the roof, repave the parking lot, fix several issues with the overall facade of the building and paint it. 

I did a renovation to the interior of my house, did not do anything to front facade, fixed and stucco the facade on the back of the house.The appraiser/lender, I believe is leaning towards exterior only, but I think my interior is better and it will not be included as part of the appraisal, and I believe it will hurt my valuation.
