Josh had a really serious health issue with one daughter and had to step back, and then sold the company.   

We found a family (2 parents and 2 teenage daughters) and no pets to rent our place starting October 1st.

Along with my wife, 2 yr old daughter, and one yr old son, we have two large dogs that stay indoors with us. 

She has a young daughter!

The family that we bought one home and rented another to, allowing them to purchase their dream home in a new state to be close to their daughter.

One had been rented by the same couple for 7 years, one needed to be cleaned and some repairs, and the other had been in the middle of a remodel when the original owner died and his 4 daughters who couldn't agree on what day of the week it was decided to sell.Based on the square footage (2024) alone, I got a great deal. 85,500 with 10% down and 10% interest.

I can tell you that if my mom, grandmom, or my daughter called me and said they were going to do this on their own, and their experience is 2-3 transactions, I would advise against it.  

Maybe your daughter lived there for a year while in school.
