It's an absolute nightmare to manage the bull crap but I won't regret it if something happens.

We've reached the point where there are now more gurus selling their get-rich-quick crap than there are properties for sale in America. 

@Noah Bacon and @Mindy Jensen - can we figure out what this guy was doing on BiggerPockets and see if any patterns emerged that will allow us to flag if a future bad actor is attempting to do this kind of crap on our platform? 

You won't know the ARV correctly or the repair costs so your budgets will be crap.

@Dan Kim - There is guy that does education/tutorials on developing business credit.

WHY take on all that crap when you were not motivated in the first place right?

There’s a lot of crap out there and some true professionals.Should you do it yourself?  

Most are crap but there are a few that have been great for growing my network.

I love it, but holy crap man those people are savage animals.

In my experience this is the only way to go one or the other. financing a STR and trying to cash flow and appreciate is a crap shoot right now.
