Did the seller sign your revised counter offer After you revised and signed it and sent it back?

Just a deal I found and continued to pursue it.I've been looking at the possibility of presenting a counter offer with a Master Lease Agreement. 

I bought a sign.. rented the sign post to hang it on.. and my phone was ringing off the hook :-)I had multiple offers.. back and forth with counter offers, etc. 

What does it mean when a counteroffer says this from the listing agent: "Buyer shall be credited $10k for escrow fees and other fees."

We put an offer on a bank owned property and after a few counter offers on price, the bank accepted.

The seller's counteroffer was $390k and requested 2X earnest money than in my opening offer.

In the examples shown above, I highly doubt anyone would even counter offer either of those.

In the area I am looking I am able to purchase all cash and made 5 offers last week via the MLS and my agent, none of which got a counter offer and a few didn't even get a call back.

i know couple of countries that have this options.2-To who ever experienced in negotiation ,what can be a "normal" counter offer in here, i know it depends in alot of things , but for example if i have an asking price of 200,000 is it a reasonable thing to give a counter offer of 140?

When the counter offer came back at 172.5K we refigured and thought 165K would be the highest we would go.
