Many residential properties in good business locations can be modified and converted to insurance, doctor/denist offices, gift shops, rest/tea houses, used car dealerships, hair saloons, lounges/bars, not far from me is an appraisers office.

Upon arriving back to the Hotel, nothing going on in the Bar/lounge so called it a night.

Another situation that has come up here is a cigar lounge that was shut down because employees might be affected by second hand smoke.

There will be a BP meetup tomorrow @ Pranna Lounge @ 6:30pm.

Shouldn't be a problem as long as you don't expect to lounge on the beach soaking up the sun.

I could see how it'd be a challenge to get folks down there.If you do the residential conversion, looks like you have a flat roof - could you put an entertaining space up there -- area with some lounge chairs, some planters, maybe a grille or something?

It the second Monday of every month at Grata Lounge from7-9, lots of activity investors.  

But, they won't ever be main lighting in any room, even with 64 across the kitchen and lounge.

Easier to have their shared kitchen and lounge area away from your family.
