We come from Elmira and there are a few from Corning who come as well.I just checked realtor.com and there are 8 multi-families on the market in Bath for under $100,000.  

I found out that google fiber is going in Kansas City so that seems to be good for the overall area.

I build my PCs and handle my own home networking, but haven't dealt with this.My building already has FIOS fiber coming in.

The worst thing to do after getting fiber glass splinters is to take a hot/ warm shower.  

I have a house with many small and big holes , screws pooping out of drywall,  and scraped pop corn ceiling.im planning on putting knock down up myself and I'm wondering if anyone can help me figure out the extent to which I should prep the wall.

Business wise KC is part of the Silicon Prairie, tons of tech start ups and Google fiber chose it as their first fiber city. 

As well as where everyone gets amazing deals on bulk materials(lumber, flooring, furniture and other fixtures.)We'll be handling telecommunications(phone systems, fiber optics/cat5 cabling, video and networking infrastructure)in house, but anything else you think might be missing from my list or any other advice you want to throw my way would be appreciated!
