I have gotten complete newbies 90% before because they had great credit and the project was nice and cookie cutter with a good spread in a B neighborhood. 

I could use the input from a more experienced investor as I am in a tough cookie at the moment and don't want to make decisions out of despair.

Tried doing this on another web browser thinking it could be stale cookies and nope, same result!

Develop a cookie cutter Brand model, then its just work and financing after that.     

But Cook is not one of the counties on that list.

Delete your browsing history and clear your cache and cookies.

Knock on neighbors doors, drop off cookies.

You are asking if we like store-bought cake or cookies that are really good.
