I think I would go to some kind of conference where all the people in the space you want to be in hang out. 

I also provide small shampoo's and conditioners that I get in bulk from Amazon.It is hard to beat either for these kinds of supplies, even if you get a wholesaler to sell to you.

Kind of like a buyer broker I did not have to worry about them going around me extra.

I almost never get calls, most people send a message via Vrbo or Airbnb if needed, but it it much more common for them to just instant book with no questions.

I do however keep a spreadsheet of the more commonly forgotten items.
