Absolutely there are extraordinary opportunities here. What you're not going to find is a calculator or a guru in California that's going to be able to tell you what it'll cost to fix a seamed copper box gutter three stories up on a 20-degree inclined hill, what to do about hundred-year-old brick falling off the building at the roofline on the northeastern corner of the property, the incomprehensible reasons the contractor from McCandless refuses to talk to the contractor from Dravosburg, and why exactly the same house built according to the same plans is going to sell for at least fifty thousand more if it's behind the cemetery in Munhall than if it's in front of it.

Not sure which one makes sense to pursue.Land is in Regulatory floodway zone - It seems that this is one that can be rectifiedClose to Cemetery - This seems conflicted, I personally dont mind though it seems that some people care and some dontif there is enough acreage - is it possible to have an cabin with Airbnb rentals, to supplement the income.Financing for farms, do banks lend out easily as I dont plan to farm actively.I am new to the whole acreage homes with farms.
