I have a great property manager, Antietam Realty, in southern Pennsylvania for my properties and we will just deal with tenants on a case by case basis.Every lender has a banner on their website to talk with them if there is a problem or directions to get a deferral of payments.

@Adalberto Jimenez  I would also recommend visiting the Events page under Network, in the top banner menu. 

Should I start a property holding LLC, as well as a property management LLC, or do everything under one banner.  

Have contacts in the regional bank space here on the West Coast also (Banner / Umpqua / Opus / US Bank / BECU / Etc).

The "banner" I would waive in front of the seller is Vision. 

There are some extremely high end houses in/around that area, especially Banner Elk. 

When I select my profile I have a PRO banner across my picture.

You can check out Mario Vargas in Dorchester, he spoke at a recent meeting of ours and still has a banner on our site (link below in signature).

Then simply send them a link, and they have the most up to date copy of everything.We also have a google voice number for future renters, a gmail address, and a banner sign with that in of ready to go.Next MonthsGet the building permit, finish rehab, and then start renting!
