Hey guys,

Today is the first day of the Stay at Home order.

Do you guys have anything on rent payments, deferrals, or anything on how it's going to play?

I would check out your lenders page for your mortgage. I have a great property manager, Antietam Realty, in southern Pennsylvania for my properties and we will just deal with tenants on a case by case basis.

Every lender has a banner on their website to talk with them if there is a problem or directions to get a deferral of payments. Our lenders know this is a problem. Most are going to work with us.

My personal home mortgage provider is offering a deferral which I will take to improve my cash position to whether the down time easier.

Mike
