Well, the latest "clarification" of the vague memo is that "rental assistance programs" are exempt from the pause - so I am expecting payments to arrive as usual.

I am sure you are right that our money will be primarily from people in my immediate network to start. 

Our instincts are to eventually rent it and use the income for payment assistance on a new home mortgage.
