That’s not me.As far as your "un-educated" excuse, I've met some well-educated types I don't dare turn my back on, so think again about how you're perceived.I’m WELL educated and know EXACTLY how I’m perceived.

We have been reading online and trying to educate ourselves but feel like if we could just find an "owner" of this type of  investment, we could get information that would help us decide how to approach NNN.Background: my family has owned and operated a small motel on the oregon coast since 1984.

As a born-again Christian, the Covid-19 restrictions/laws in 2020 and 2021 significantly impacted my education, preventing me from obtaining my Nursing degree.

They are so desperate to just get something under contract that they don't property negotiate and/or they don't actually understand the numbers.Again, if you take the time to be somewhat educated and actually get strong deals, it won't be an issue finding a buyer.

Hi @Ken Almira - once you have narrowed your market, make sure you build a team from the start so you'll get the best education in that particular area.

Still green, but thinking a good niche would be housing close to universities and colleges.My long-term goals in Real Estate are to eventually get in to commercial properties such as apartment complexes and office buildings.For the past two years I have been educating myself on Real Estate investment.
