I send out a few dozen post cards and get a potential seller that has a property they just simply need to get out of due to pending foreclosure.Could someone walk me through the (abbreviated) process from the point of getting an agreement of sale from the seller to assigning the contract to my buyer ?

BP is an abbreviation for BiggerPockets.

LOL MT is the abbreviation for Montana.

Being that I am still a newbie, I am constantly stumped by abbreviations which all the old timers are constantly using.May I suggest BP creates a dictionary where us newbies can look for translations?

I forget the right word, abbreviated foreclosure timelines when the house is vacant are also fine and offer different strategies.

Butt it you download apps for real-estate definitions and learn the words you don't know first and also their meanings it will start making sense when you see them abbreviated, than when you come across words you don't know,  it will be quick to look up and learn as you go.
