New member in SW Washington

Hi!

I just joined BiggerPocekts would like to introduce myself. I live in SW Washington and am planning to start investing in multi-family real estate. My goal is to buy a 5-50 unit property by the end of 2016. 

I currently work as a Physician Assistant and plan on keeping my day job. My long term goal is to have cash flow and a "hobby" for retirement. And, of course, enjoying the thrill of finding/rehabbing property. 

My current status is absorbing as much info as I can, I'm really liking Ken McElroy. We'll see where this road goes!
