Are surrounding properties doing the same?

Hyattsville and surrounding areas are more affordable than other parts of the metro. 

You will need to provide an explanation of the circumstances surrounding the BK every time you apply for credit, apply for a job, apply for a bank account, etc.Bottom line is if you’re working day labor type jobs for small companies and live on a cash basis it might not affect anything.  

However, there are several up and coming thriving communities surrounding the Texas metro centers that may be worth looking into.

Cleveland and surrounding cities in Northeast Ohio

Indianapolis and surrounding areas often offer strong rental demand and reasonable property prices, so you’re definitely looking in the right place.For neighborhoods in Indianapolis, I’d suggest checking out areas like Fountain Square, Bates-Hendricks, and Irvington.

I believe the "wealthiest" person is the one doing what he loves, while surrounded by people who love him.

For us, PA = Philly suburbs, NY = Westchester county, NC = Charlotte or Raleigh & surrounding areas.

This influx of workers will naturally drive demand for housing, retail, and other services in the surrounding areas, especially in smaller towns and cities that haven't seen major growth in decades.

To me this and surrounding areas should have been attractive and booming area - Baltimore Inner Harbor is close by - but it's not.
