I'm also in Raleigh and have STRs in Western NC, but ours are closer to Asheville area.

And on top of prices doubling and rates doubling I left Texas for the less affordable North Carolina (Raleigh area).

Thinking about investing in a quadraplex in North Carolina for LTR in a good market that bigger pockets are high on.
