I use excel spreadsheets to track these, it takes a bit long at first but once you have it going it becomes easy to update at least once a week.I prefer to do it like this mainly because its free, because I see transfers of properties before the new owners take title (quit claims, ROM) so I can get to them first and mostly to avoid sateration.
