Who does New Construction in KC area?

Who's doing new construction in North KC?  I've come across a lot that seems like a good wholesale opportunity, but I can't say for sure.  I'm curious where people are building and what you're looking to pay for lots.

I'm originally rom KC, but I live in Minneapolis now. I don't have Heartland MLS access, otherwise I'd just check into some comps myself. The lot I'm looking at is just off Barry Road between 169 and I-29, and the neighborhood looks like mostly 1,000 - 1,500 sq ft split levels from the 1970s. Zestimates (I know, I know...) pretty reliably ~$150k +/- $15k.

What do y'all think?
