There was a "tiny house" park built in Madison, WI for homeless people (http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/11/17/tiny-home...) and as I drove by the crappy trailer park on the way to my son's preschool, I was thinking, "I wonder if Millennials would buy or rent a tiny house similar to a mobile home setup?" 

Or using care.com to find a family that needs some help picking up a preschooler mid-day?

My youngest of 4 is 4 and will start pre-school in the fall so we're thinking of a real estate investing career for my wife (and part time for me) at that time.  

It seems like a safe way to get a really good ROI.In my case, the real estate side is a small sliver of the whole project - our actual business is a daycare / preschool operation.

I had three young kids all not even in preschool when I started so I just had to do it whenever I could, but the great thing about it is most people want to see homes after work or on weekends so you can work around your schedule.

Does she have work, pre-school, etc. contacts that she can network with?

Forget the policy of win/win you are no longer in pre school, this is not a friendly game.

Now that my youngest is in pre-school I am now a full time real estate agent in Suffolk County, New York.

The schools average a 3 out of 10 (range 2-4) from preschool to high school.

This whole Castro Valley schools thing is of concern to me, because I have two preschoolers who - if we don't do something - will be going to Hayward Unified.
