Think the CNA at your local hospital or your kids pre-school teacher.

I am new, like pre-school new, to real estate investing and am confused about where to even start. 

When our kids were little, I attended one of those preschool days where they give the parents crafts to do while engaging with the kids.

We need dual income as we have mortgage, preschool, car payments.

Don't worry about being too strict...we are running a business, not a Pre-school...

folks - it's unclear after the federal rules changed and now allow 529 to be used for daycare/preschool and if NYS allows it - they haven't ruled in this regard and a local school told me that till they rule, I cannot use the plan for preschool.

(We have a preschooler, so we’d like to keep entertainment there for him.)
