I remember back in the 90's, a survey of several hundred "millionaires" found only 10 or 20% had a Gold or Platinum Visa/Mastercard/Amex (status card), but over 70% of them had a Sears credit card!

Business credit does not use personal creditUses your Business EIN1) Set up a business, website, physical address, land line2) Get setup with reporting agency – write to reporting agency to see if you have an existing report3) Get credit cards using EIN (Do not use Social Security Number)4) Get Uline, Quill, Grainger, Seaton, Gimler, etc accounts5) After 5 accounts get Home Depot, Lowes, Cash Credit Cards, Amazon, Sears6) After 10 accounts get VIsa or Mastercard accounts

This time I'll be targeting absentee owners that live out-of-state rather than in-state as I'm hoping the headache of managing an investment property gets larger the further you are away.I didn't have Kyle's experience where I needed to use PayPal in order to pay online, I was able to use my Master Card.

RTP will threaten VISA and MASTERCARD, since there will be less of a reason to charge 3% processing fees from SMBs.Then there is also eChecks (two formats: RCC and Check21), funds CAN be made "available" same day in the receiving bank as long as the receiving end has good banking relationship + low disputes.
