Syndicators primarily use social media (Linkedin, Instagram, TikTok, etc...) to boast their financial success and reach their target audience and potential investors (Do you think social media such as TikTok is a great place to find sophisticated investors?

However, you can connect with a lot of experienced developers in real estate forums like BP or through LinkedIn.

Go on LinkedIn and connect with the people who are likely to need housing for their employees.
