Education is about the quality of life more than the nuts and bolts of the material learned.There are also exceptional people that can overcome the lack of these formal education aspects, an extrovert who is well spoken, polite, carries themselves in a professional manner, worldly, is well versed in their area of business can certainly exceed beyond the average degreed person, but they are exceptional too.
