Coaching Programs for Realtors
Hey BP Realtors! I'm looking at getting into a coaching program to help grow my real estate business (the realtor side). What programs have you used and recommend? Since all programs are a little different, here are some things about me:
Fairly introverted. I hesitate to reach out to people and usually have to force myself to do it because I know its the right thing to do.
I actually enjoy door knocking, but need to perfect my pitch. Despise cold calling.
I've heard great things about Buffini, but wanted to get some input from the BP community. TIA!

Buffini and either Tom Ferry or Mike Ferry.....Tom is the son, so younger hipper pitches....Mike is the day...somewhat more old school.
You might see if there is a program in your brokerage.
We're getting ready to star BOLD here in Dallas, about 8 weeks of 1x week group coaching...that would be a big commitment for you, but you could do it. Then there is the option to do phone coaching after that. The 8 weeks is live and in person. There are probably classes at some point closer to you. I've taken the class a few times and get something different every time. Goes over the basics, scripts, roll play, listing presentation, buyer presentation, mindset, goal setting and a lot more.
i did some years ago with Craig Proctor....thought it was good. One thing I realized with Proctor team at least, was that fees were negotiable. Very negotiable....so try that as a warm up.
Also I'm guessing all of these coaches are going to tell you to call. Most efficient way of lead gen.....You might be able to knock 100 doors a day, but you might be able to call those same doors 100 in 2 hours. If they coach you to call, will you do it? If not you might be wasting your money.
Also another idea is if you have or want a niche, focus on that and coaching on that. If you want to be the Instagram master vs the Phone Burner of NW Arkansas, find a coach that specifically kills prospecting on Instagram or Foreclosures, or Divorce leads, or whatever is you want to focus on. Even perhaps if they're not a real estate coach.
Not sure if there is any networking coaching, but you could also hire someone to be your extrovert coach. Remember coaching is to get you out of your comfort zone. Might be some pain.
Good luck and best wishes.
