There is NO registry for Trusts (like there is for LLC's and Corp's) so you get total privacy of ownership...which is your first line of defense when it comes to crazy tenants and contingency fee lawyers (and their dead-beat clients).

The other part of the 15-35% you can earmark for deal #2.The ability to buy is the primary way to invest, the defensive primary way is never needing to sell or do anything.

Don't be defensive but address their concern and show anyone that reads their review that the host is active and cares about feedback.

Good lord, you people take things too seriously and come to people's defense as if they have been offended in some way.

They ask about staying long term, hoping the thought of all that money will entice you to interact with them and leave your defenses down.
