@Jimmy Luciano - when you type the following into the second of the links I provided above with “Owner” as the search choice:GENERAL STATE AUTHthe search results show all addresses that have that as part of the owner name; the full name includes “Commonwealth of Pennsylvania”, so it would definitely be state owned (not city owned).
