We wound up using 2 teenagers,  an adult and an engine hoist to get an L shaped  6 ft x 4 ft piece  in place.

I only contact these 2 because I know they will service my loan, my first loan for this house was sold about 8 times in 4 years before it wound up with Ocwen.It's going to cost me a little money to refi, but the rate is better than I have now so it will pay for itself in like 2 years.
