I'll probably unload it next year if they don't renew.

But if you are still looking for the materials to build your own you can find most of those materials at any local lumber yard and the faces you would have to special order to spec.

Hi BP,My partners and I were planning on flipping a 3 bedroom/1 bath house (as-is) on a great street in Park Circle in North Charleston, but we are thinking of unloading it because we have another flip going right now.

I am of the crazy segment that would build an entire house myself by starting out with a chainsaw and heading to the woods to cut trees that I would saw up for lumber.

Went with a 2 circuit in one conduit all aroubd the whole small basement two feet high off the floor.Then recessed tapcons into 1X4(only full 3/4 thick straight lumber could find).

How she can spend the time to drive around town to different salvage stores to find a certain piece of old lumber to then take back, and sand down, and paint, and refab to fit and install just seems crazy.
