I am a house hacker and it will be hosted on our 4 unit property!

Just trying to find some local house hackers to see what’s working for you guys.I’m a real eager investor here in SoFlo just looking to interact with people on the same wave length as I am.

But our younger house-hackers often don't have the huge savings yet, so that money-in-pocket is huge. 

I have sold buildings there to house hackers before, but the numbers only rarely work there. 

Other agents with investor clients, hedge fund guys that buy hundreds of homes a month, potential owner occupants, house hackers other wholesalers and you.

The advice to manage your own property first is advice I've given to many house hackers and new investors. 

I use them and give them away to my house hacker clients as closing gifts. 

I'm a 3x house hacker personally, and almost exclusively work with house hackers/investors around the country.
