Book recommendations for total newbie (house hacking, HCOL area)?

I am looking to learn a lot about real estate investing. I tend to learn best by reading, so I’d like to start with a few books. I’m primarily interested in house hacking in the greater Boston area. My day job has nothing to do with real estate so I am a total newbie! Thanks for any recommendations.

I like @Scott Trench’s book Set For Life. It’s actually what my team is reading for this months book club so we have a few copies kicking around the office if you want to make a trip to lowell to borrow one.
