Hello, I’m just starting out and I just purchased my first duplex to house hack in Auburn NY.

I was just wondering if anyone has tried using the land Lord forms that bigger pockets offers. Or would you recommend just going through a local real estate attorney for them.

@Jonathan Leblond that’s kind of what my thought process was but I just didn’t want to “cheap out” on something as important as the lease and stuff
