Same friend as above has an apartment tower with all modern amenities coming online next year, and another under way.

I am underway on my first flip.  

I HAVE ONE FLIP UNDERWAY AND EXPERIENCE WITH OTHERS AS WELL AS TOTAL REMODELS OF MY OWN AND FAMILIES HOMES WITH MY CREW.

I thought the deal was already underway.

 I was forced in to property management path purely because I was on my own in a city with no family and  12 units, infant twins and a husband that was underway 90% of the time....  

I have two active projects underway and not actively looking for another project, but always open to meeting new people.  

I have a friend who owns a laundromat and he stated that his water bill has nearly tripled over the last few years (I think they are raising prices to pay for the massive project underway to completely re-do the storm drainage system in the whole city.)  

There are a ton of things that are going on here with the new rent control measure being pushed by the city to the West Oakland Development Plan underway as week speak to the Golden State Warriors killing it in the Finals! 

Projects that were already underway make the problem worse, but the units are never filled.
