To be clearer, I’m also questioning the ability to charge for routine cleaning, even when the normal timelines are adhered to.

This is going to always be a work in progress, as I’m trying to overcome 28 years of living a life thinking I’m the most important person in my life. 2) Put routines and systems in place that keep us on track for our goals, and correct us when we start veering off. 3) For the first time in my life Scripture study and prayer is a habit.4) Spent more time with family in the last 10 months than I probably have in the last 10 years combined. 5) Grew our rental portfolio from 1 property to now 8 properties.

Traditionally I’ve made a good routine of keeping all rental income in my business account and purely living off W2 wages.

To truly be successful in real estate, you need a strong why and a plan on how you will achieve it.However, if you are ready to put yourself in uncomfortable scenarios and become a better version of yourself everyday then I think the VA househack loan is a great option but only if you plan on living in the property.

Some people are stuck in their own routines and limitation and are unwilling to take on a new decision or responsibility. 

There is nothing to challenge with the county on this, as this is routine policy here.  

I don't know about the NH market but I would like to share some good advice I have just recently heard: Be comfortable with being uncomfortable. 

Many people aren't uncomfortable enough in their current life to make a move.
