To be clearer, I’m also questioning the ability to charge for routine cleaning, even when the normal timelines are adhered to.

That being said I have made it a daily routine to listen to the podcast and learn having a average of 10k-12k per deal and getting it closed fast instead of waiting for that one good deal (that would take months to find) would be beneficial.

This is going to always be a work in progress, as I’m trying to overcome 28 years of living a life thinking I’m the most important person in my life. 2) Put routines and systems in place that keep us on track for our goals, and correct us when we start veering off. 3) For the first time in my life Scripture study and prayer is a habit.4) Spent more time with family in the last 10 months than I probably have in the last 10 years combined. 5) Grew our rental portfolio from 1 property to now 8 properties.

To truly be successful in real estate, you need a strong why and a plan on how you will achieve it.However, if you are ready to put yourself in uncomfortable scenarios and become a better version of yourself everyday then I think the VA househack loan is a great option but only if you plan on living in the property.
