Beginner Into Real Estate

Hey everyone,  I am currently wanting to invest in real estate but want to build more capital from wholesaling.  Everyone on social media shows the big 20k, 50k, and even some 100k wholesale deals.  Learning more about it I am starting to realize that won't likely happen in everyone's first deal.  That being said I have made it a daily routine to listen to the podcast and learn having a average of 10k-12k per deal and getting it closed fast instead of waiting for that one good deal (that would take months to find) would be beneficial.  So my question into jumping into wholesaling is what are some ways to get some leads?
