When I was a full-time wholesaler most of clients were able to pull the trigger within minutes of entering the home, some trusted me enough to buy sight unseen on my recommendation, and some always wanted to get a contractor in there or run the contract past their lawyer.  

Something about the photo is triggering the rejection.I ended up pulling a photo from the MLS and cropping out the hideous towels they had hanging. . . . 

If you do that, there will be a "process" because once you are invited, you are locked under that person for a short period of time. 

What she will have to give up though is a LESSER Sales Price that will have to be accepted for the home sale Vs getting TOP DOLLAR estimated to be $2M to $2.2M + .She will have to ACCEPT LESS since the Investor BUYING the home and agreeing to lease it back will have her locked in for the next 3 years.

We keep our STR's with a lock so it cannot go under 74 this time of year. 

Are there any PMLs who will pre-qualify you so that you can pull the trigger (with their approval) ASAP?   

Calgary (Alberta in general) is not land locked.
