These are times when we should go back to actually picking up the phone and calling the title company to confirm bank account numbers and making sure that the receiving email address doesn't look suspicious either.

If we had a previous relationship through a REIA and you pitched a deal this way, I'd be suspicious something else was up right off the bat.

@Stacey Marsh I would be suspicious of any inspection report that gives an estimate of the number of years of useful life on a roof.
