Hello everyone,

I am new to this site and hope someone here can help me.  I have lived in Fl for 5 years before that I lived in Indiana where I purchased 2 propertied and rehabbed them to sell.  I have seen houses listed as such: THIS AUCTION IS FOR THE RIGHT TO FORECLOSE ON THE PROPERTY VIA TAX DEED FORECLOSURE through Ebay.  What does this mean here?
