@Evan Alexakos I like purpose-built rentals, so I steer clear of weird conversion type buildings where the building used to be one use but was converted.

It's a tough position with an out of town buyer, like this one was, since we cannot "steer" a client to or from a neighborhood. 

The first that you speak of up top is where I would like to steer towards and my partner has experience in.

I’d recommend steering clear of qualifying based on income type, which risks running afoul of fair housing law.
