No deal is too big for a master lease options operator.

We are contemplating on installing a new electric boxHere is what we are wanting to do.Add a hallway (will require moving a non load bearing wall.)Add a powder room about 3 feet from existing bathroom with medium grade finishingUpdate 2 small bathrooms with medium grade finishingAdd additional toilet in master bath and move plumbing for shower and existing toilet about 3 feet. 

Rural street with massive lots already has handful of remodels with some listing close to $1M ARV.From BP flip calculator:$900,000.00 After Repair Value ($460,000 List Price $200,000.00 Rehab Budget $150,000.00 Profit Estimated Repairs Total: $200,000.00Could use input on overall deal, as well as typical $cost/ft to add a second floor to bring total to roughly 3,000 sq ft. with a 2nd floor master and bath, perhaps an office or extra BR upstairs as well.

If you are buying a condo, I would think you want to know about the Master Insurance policy.

Advertise the option, but don't commit until you have either a master tenant or strong interest.

They have still not mastered how to report results.   

If the electric IS master metered...which is not permitted in Ohio...I would RUB that as well.
